Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled adventure for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start time are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled once, free of charge, subject to availability, up to 24 hours before your slot.

No-shows are treated as completed bookings and are non-refundable.
